er, this topic should be moved to the diesel section. what year truck do you have?
when you say "stuck", do you mean they won't come out of their normal position, or do you mean that they are in the valley of the engine or outside of their intended location? which two glow plugs are missing? until then, i would cycle the plugs 2-3 times to get the other cylinders warmer so it will start easier.

Not enough information about vehicle, year, engine, and location of leak. Generally speaking what I would do is first check the fuel filter. Then if it was recently changed, then I would make sure the injector lines were tight in case someone bled the engine and did not tighten a line tight enough.

why don't you test them to see if they are good or not?
should not just assume they are bad.

I had a leak with the water sensor plug at the bottem of the fuel filter jug. you can change the o-ring yourself in about 10 min or less with 0 difficulty even for a novice. All you need is an offset wrench. Without one it'll take you an hour or two mabe three. Get the wrench or make sure who ever is fixxing it has one. A shop I went to tried to charge me a couple hours shop time for a 5-10 minute job.
