help with a 72 302

the other day i went out and started my truck then went back in to lockup upon my return the truck was no running and hasn't since. iv got good spark and plenty of gas but no matter how hard i try i cant even get the thing to sputter any advice would be greatly appriciated. i live neer hampden and wadsworth and wold be more than willing to compensate someone for their time/expertise thanx john 3039095738

Have you checked to make sure it didn't jump time? If the timing chain is loose and slipped, your timing could be all off. No amount of fuel/spark would make it run at that point.

thanx cfisher i worked all day yesterday and sure enough the chain jumped tahnx for the advice
