Is there an aftermarket cruise control for the Ranger 2.3l?

Can the dealership install cruise?

There's universal aftermarket cruise controls on ww.JCWhitney.com.
If the CC was an option, I'm pretty sure a dealer can install it, I'm also pretty sure it won't be cheap.

hhott71 is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Save about $50 over jc whitney and buy the same cruise control at www.bought4less.com
vacuum servo or electric servo.
SCS/Frigette brand, they also build CC parts for ford and ford's aftermarket CC.

They bothe perform great!
The electric servo is smaller, and d you don't need to find a place to add the vacuum storage ball.
