Autoparts stores sell car electronics cleaner, basically it is pressurized alcohol. Never put any other chemical on the filament of the MAF and down blow it away with HP air. It's a platinum thread that uses minute resistance changes to calculate air flow, pressure, and density, and you'll ruin how it performs it's job using a petroloeum based solvent. Don't physically touch it either. I can recall a story where the guy used a swab and then had to spend $300+ to replace the sensor.

To clean it correctly, you have to unplug the MAF, remove the tamperproof torx heads (they sell the driver at parts/ hardware stores) then take the MAF off the intake. Spray the automotive electronics cleaner at the filaments, seperately, there are two. One filament hides behind the big plastic chunk to act as the reference leg for the system.

Allow a few minutes to dry and reinstall.

Ive always used 92 % rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle safe but effective.

That will work, probably cheaper than the electronics cleaner too.
