rainy weather studdering

My 88 F150 (5.0 EFI/C6) has got it's rainy weather hiccups again. I put a new set of Accel 8mm wires on it a few months ago and it was great in the rain. About a week ago I was showing my buddy something on the engine and I moved a few wires around the coil and the very next rainy day it started acting up again. It has the stock coil, autolite plugs and an Accel cap/rotor kit. The cap has brass terminals. Everything looks ok in there. Is there anything common that I should look at? Plugs or connectors? It doesn't do it right from a cold start, it seems to run a few minutes before it starts, it comes and goes as you drive until the engine is warm and then it's gone. It studder's like it's cross firing, I have all the wires seperated in looms. Maybe this is a symptom of something else, I just know that it only happens on rainy day's. Any idea's?
