Whats the diff. Mustang vs F150

I'm starting to build up my '03 f150 with 4.6. Whats the different in parts from the mustang sohc parts to the parts at are in my f150? Mainly looking at intake manifolds and the roush supercharger(SMO18K446RM). If its in the computer that doesn't matter gettin it tuned to match. Any help would be great.

Thanks
Todd

The position of the throttlebody is different on the trucks and Mustangs. The truck comes out the front and the Mustangs point to the passenger side.

LxMan1, are the accessories in different spots too?

And is it the intake itself is different, or is it that just the throttle body is different?

That shouldn't really matter that is comes out in a different spot, just have to do some fabing to make its all work right? THe accessories shouldn't matter either just would have to use the belts off a mustang if i went with that roush supercharger?

I think that the accessories are in the same spot. Alt in the middle/top, PS to the right, A/C bottom passengerside.
