Does Anybody Here, Near Tulsa, Process Their Own Deer?
So does anybody close to Owasso/Tulsa cut their own deer meat? I might have access to one this season and was wondering if it is easy enough to cut the back strap, steaks, and meat for grinding off the carcase that it could be done in my garage? I can't believe the local meat processors charge $60+. I don't have that money available. That's why I was tempted to try processing it with the help of someone who knows how.
