Bumper Tool Box

Hello from snowy Iowa. This may be a dead end search(so for it has been) but does anyone know of a company that makes a step bumper which doubles as a tool box? Simular to a side to side tool box for a pickup.I own two 1998 Ford vans,E150&E250.I haul cargo and space is a premium.Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I found your post because I was searching for the same thing. And since it didn't appear you had gotten any replies I kept on.

I'm going to check into something else. I used to work with welders in the oil field in Oklahoma that I remember made some tool box bumpers. Maybe there are people around here who can or will do that.
