What is the exhaust that goes through the side of the car?

I remember seeing this tip of exhaust tip in which a hole is cut in quarter panel and a large oval exhaust tip is fit through the hole... it has a whole kit and everything... I can't seem to find it... does anybody know who makes this kind of exhaust tip?

Here is one style. I have seen others but I am not sure where I have seen them.

The point of life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, screaming "....HOLY ****!....WHAT A RIDE!
