Fuel in the radiator

My friend had his 97 rebuilt and now he is getting diesel fluid in his radiator,any ideas?

cracked or pinholed injector cup. injectors would need to come out and new cups installed.

yeah as long as it it fuel and not oil its got to be the injector cups.

Can injector cups be done with the heads on? Books says they've gotta come off.

never had any experience with them just know they are in there and that could be the problem. i will try to do some research in my info at work in the morning.

yeah they can be. the heater box has to come out though.

Thanks guys. I assume something like a scew type slide hammer could pull them....what is needed to press them back in?

there is a set of 8 i believe on ebay for 30 bucks right now.

i would put the stainless cups in when you replace. its a slide hammer kinda thing to pull them and they have a special reinstall tool also. there rotunda tools, i had to get mine from the stealership.

most guys that ive heard of here and other places have gone to the dealership and believe it or not they will loan you the tool.... fwiw
