97 f150 4.6 error p171

truck has rough idle then, will clear back up then back to rough idle.

something about left lean bank?
just wondering if it could be the o2 sensors? Have a new iac & clean egr valve.

appreciate any info!

May want to check the PCV valve and the boot that hooks up behind the intake manifold. The boot cracks and leaks air and may be causing the idle problems.
