Shouldn't affect anything. The guard is tough and the equipment should go around it.

A touchless car wash would be a better option, but I have found that a manual do it your self car wash is more effective all around and is cheaper and the line is usually non existant for the do it your selfers. I got a Westin Sportman KD Grill guard on my truck and it is the toughest component on the truck. For me I would only worry about the KC Daylighter 6" Sealed beam off road lights I have mounted on my grill guard. That High pressure spray can take off some delicate accessories. For example, I knew a person who had his pin striping paint detailing blown off in bits on their vehicle.

I've had a grill guard on one of my previous trucks, never affected it when I went to the car wash, diden't even damage the cheap lights mounted to it, can't say much about the paint because most of it was primer and bondo.
