sonnax question

I've been reading alot about the sonnax valve and its seems to be the way to go. I have a 95 w/ 133k miles on the original trans. The truck is being used to plow snow in winter time and i am wondering will this be a good mod to help w/ the abuse of plowing and will it add some life to the tranny. I have an extra tranny cooler and a tranny temp gauge already.
thanks

The sonnax will definitely help, or you may want to install the Transgo Tugger kit that includes the Sonnax type valve and also upgrades the pump and other areas. You'll have to pull the tranny to install the entire kit, but it is worth it in my opinion. Of course if you pull the tranny, might as well rebuild it while it's out. I rebuilt mine a while back and added quite a few goodies to it without breaking the bank.
