hello. need some help for a buddy of mine. he's looking at a used superduty in houston. it's at a dealer there, and he wants to have it independently inspected. any reccomendations on who to use over there would be great. it's at a dealer just north of downtown on I45. i think it is Dave Corey or Dave Covey. thanks a bunch in advance.

 

Does he still need it looked at it?
