Dadgum Turn Signal!

I need a new flasher for my 98 Explorer. I couldn't find it, so I went to the local autoparts store. There were 3 people working that night, none of which could find it either. Looks like it hooks onto the firewall. Can anybody help?

If it's the same as a 97, it's under the dash beside the steering column. Do your emergency flashers work? Same bulbs and flasher.
