Cleaning TB, IAC, ???

Anyone know of a link or article on how to clean the TB? I am having very slight idle problems and just want to clean these things. Previous owner had the original air cleaner on it and some of that may have trickled down to the other components.

Thanks,

Demo

Just unbolt the throttle body, 4 bolts, and it comes right off. After you get it unbolted, take of the IAC, and clean it all with throttle body cleaner. DO NOT use carb cleaner, since it will destroy the teflon coating. Make sure its somewhat dry, and just put the throttle body back together.

What are you working on? The IAC isn't on the TB on 4.6L and 5.4L trucks. It is located on the rear of the intake upper elbow just below the cowl.
You can look in the 97-03 forum further up the main forum page and look at the FAQ threads. There are many great how to's in there.
