fixed mine, finally took it to the shop, it was the dizzy! DUH! I new it! Runs like a hotrod now! cost me more than i wanted but it is fixed!

A dizzy in a 4.6L or a 5.4L ??? You must be mistaken ...

Oops, I see you have an '80's F150 - not a mod motor, for sure

Took mine to Ford (broke down and paid the $80). It's fixed for now, I had two COPS bad, that's why me changing them out wasn't doing any good. Any way, we are both running good now, so good luck and talk to you later.
