My first 4x4!
Hi all!
I just sold my 150k mile, 1993, 2wd Ranger and upgraded to a 2002 Explorer Sport! I love it so far. Sun roof, 6cd changer, fog lights, 4wd... A lot of new toys! The only thing I would change about it is the rear-end sag. I think it is a problem that plagues many explorers.
I am looking forward to modding and customizing my new vehicle.
1st on the list is fixing the rear end sag. (shackels, shocks, air bags, beefing up the leafs..) Could someone kindly point me in the right direction to find a solution to the explorer rear end sag? Thanks!!

congrats on your new 4by and new life! .
Take your time with the mods and do the research ...you will save a mess of time and money. This site is, by far, the best site I've been to (of any kind) as far as help, inginuity, integrity etc. There will be someone who has been where you are going and can save you the growing pains of their mistakes...but sometimes you got to make your own call and suffer the consequences or joy of cutting up some new knowledge.
Sooooo much to learn and sooo little time. Congrats again and, by GOD- GET BUSY with it already!!!

Be sure to check out the Explorer forum. The guys in there should be able to help you with your problem.
See ya on the boards!
