2002 Explorer E brake

I need some help with my emergency brake I had the brakes replaced and the guys who did it removed the ebrake and i need a walktrough. I think I can do it but i dont want to screw it up.

The person who replaced my rotors and breaks did it as a favor. He said if I get the emergency brakes he'll put them in. i got the brakes but he's busy and I don't want to bother him.
