How to adjust preload

How do you adjust the preload for our Rack and pinoin ?
Have to do the work my self dealer said no way will they cover anything on my Screw with only 13000 miles since I lowred it Thank's Galpin ford (Dic k's)

get a repair manual from an auto shop. it should be in there. you may have to buy the big manual from another ford dealer.you can fix the whole truck with one of them.

Derek I dont need to rebuild the whole truck just the front end
