Whats your favorite Mel Brooks movie?

Last night I was watching The History of the World: Part 1 and I was laughing so hard. It's one of those movies you can watch over and over and it's always hilarious. I don't know if I have a favorite but my top 3 are Blazzing Saddles, The History of the World: Part 1 and Space *****.

High Anxiety. I've always been a Hitchcock fan, and Mel spoofs him so perfectly. I especially love the repeat of the Psycho shower scene ending with Mel saying, "That boy's not getting a tip".

Those are good. Young Dr Frankenstein is another classic.

Wow, how do you pick? I think Young Frankenstein is the best from a story/ script/ cinematography standpoint. But Blazing Saddles is hilarious, and I don't think Silent Movie ever got the respect it deserves (Marcel Marceau utters the one and only word in the whole movie- how funny is that?!)

You forgot the "OY!!!" after the *Smash*...

"History of the World: Part 1", and "Young Frankenstein" for me.

No one has yet mentioned The Producers, "Springtime for Hitler and Germany...". That one and Blazing Saddles are my co-favorites.

Blazing saddles for me hands down. In my late teens, me and my buds watched it almost every Sat trying to get over Friday night. History of the world and Spaceballs are favorites as well.

Blazing Saddles.

Especially the campfire scene.

They probably couldn't even come close to re-making that movie again nowadays.

All of his movies were fun to watch.
