Shell "aims" to build coal-to-fuel plant in Montana

I cannot post the new/whole story for various reasons, but apparently Shell "aims" to build a CTL (coal to liquid) plant.

Heres an older article about it: it:http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1471530/posts

It's not completely accurate, but for the major points it seems to check out. Pretty interesting stuff (including the politics involved). Will update once it's officially news.
