You have to buy the calibration kit, I know Summit has them. It will have a range of needles and springs so you can set tailor your carb to your application.

I have ran two Edelbrock / Carfter AFB Comp Carbs I ran a 900 cfm on my 70 428 SCJ Mach One Love it and I ran a 650 on my 77 Bronco with a 302 great for wheeling dosent flood out like a Holley the carb you have is to big for a Stock 351 You can change the Primarys and the secondarys go to Edlebrook.Com they have a tech line that is great and will help you and they can send you the book that comes with the carbs and tells how to adjust them

Good Luck

yeah the 351 cant handle a 750 stock heck it wastes enough gas just with the 2 barrel
