Error Code P0308 misfire cylinder #8

any ideas?
I just replaced the heads.

Bad cop (coil on plug ) if this is a 5.4l with that setup or wiring to the cop.
Did you replace the sparkplug boots and use dielectric grease on them?
alittle more info on your engine would help
