engine swap question

hello i own a 1986 ford f250 diesel with a 6.9 with over 300,000 miles on it and i want to restore the truck wiht a new engine and bed. i want to drop one of the new 6L powerstroke v8 turbo diesels in it and im wondering if this will be possible and if i will have to get new engine mounts and transmission. if so where i could purchase a complete brand new engine.
