We started out by removing all but the front two seats and putting in 2 cots when towed the 18' boat to Alaska.

The boat is fine for nights on the water, but the van has more head room.

Later I made the second row passenger captains chair recline and went to one cot in the back.

Today beds in the van are not important because we tow a 28' houseboat with all the comforts of home and only spend time in the van while we're moving on the road.

Please do show pics of your bed mods.
