I've been running acetone in my 2003 Expedition for the past 5 tanks. Depending on the amount of highway driving, i used to get 13-15mpg now i get 14-17mpg. It's about a 10% increase in mileage. My truck also feels like it has more power at higher speeds (like passing for example) but it might just be in my head.

Keep using it during the transition into winter weather. I'll bet you see your gain evaporate. There are normal seasonal variations to fuel economy.
