2005 Explorer starter problems????

hey guys and girls.

i was curious if anyone else has been experiencing problems with their starters. this morning my girlfriend could not get her new truck started after several attempts. a few hours later the local ford dealership sent out someone to tow it, however it started so he left if here saying that theres nothign wrong. i advised him that if it was just a "dead spot" on the started it may be an intermittent problem and it would not present itself unitl the worst time. he would not take the vehicle anyone else apready having problems with their starters? thanks guys
