Check in time.

How is everyone? Anything new or interesting going on?

Not much here. Get to help my dad move a treadmill tomorrow, that should be fun. Need to win the lottery so I can quit my job and mess with my trucks all day. Time to cut the lawn, all the rain has got it pretty tall. Need to build up the project Ranger funds, donations are welcome, thinking since it's getting dark earlier maybe a part-time job.

Anyway lets here from everyone else.

Well, got the sister's van done, so back at the Cummins project... after the inlaws get done with all their theatrics. Glad my marriage is stable...

Work, work, work. Paycheck last Thursday was 93.5 hours for two weeks. It sure makes the bank account look nice, though.

Just the usual. Teaching classes at night and surfing websites trying to learn about early f-100s.

I got to drive an Escape last weekend. My dad bought one a few months ago. We used it to haul a couple of heavy street bikes on a utility trailer. Add a couple of oversized apes driving. I thought that was a pretty good load and given how small a vehicle it is I thought it probably wouldn't be able to get out of it's own way. It had plenty of power, ac on, up and down some pretty big hills, highways speeds plus, and it handled great. Other than that the rain is making it hard to work. I've got a driveshaft coming for my old Ford, I'm trying to get it running enough I could drive it in and out of the garage when I need the extra room.

I had an Escape as a loaner for a day about a year ago and was also impressed. I liked it but wouldn't trade my truck for it. The thing was loaded, it had just about everything on it you could get.

Besides having my truck in the shop, I had the pleasure of taking my car to the dealer's yesterday. Was squeaking horribly, needed new ball joint, bearing, and some misc. stuff. Hopefully I can do yardwork Saturday and going the baseball game Sunday! Go Cards!

Everyone having a nice weekend. Not too much going on here. Took the Ranger out for a drive today, it seems to be running good, still needs some work. Messed around the house a little. Back to work tomorrow and get to work a little later into the evening everyday since someone is on vacation. Talk at you all later.

I am stuck in Springfield. My brother's hot water heater messed up. We came up to replace it, only to find out the floor has to be done as well. Fun, fun, fun. Hopefully, I can go home to AR tomorrow evening.

Still working on the new house. Now that the salvage yard has been sold starting to clean it up the new owner is going to put scales in and start buying iron by the ton.
