Put a Head unit with SAT in a 2001 F-150
I have a 2001 F-150 with the 6 disc changer and I want to have Sirius but don't want to have seperate controls. I want to have them all integrated into the head unit.
From what I have read, you can get the head units with the SAT button to do this, unfortunately mine does not have a SAT button.
The question is: Can I get an OEM unit out of a F-Series or Navigator with the SAT button and install it in my 2001 F-150?
