95 F-150 front leveling

Anyone know of the easiest way to level the front end. My truck of course has the twin I beam suspension. No lift. I need about 1.5 to 2 inches. Thanks.

the first is for supercabs, the second is for regular cabs.

ps - the easiest way, of course, is to throw 400lbs into the bed....
