Propylene Oxide and Super Blue 007

Has anyone experimented with this stuff? 8-12% increase in power??
Maybe just another gimmick.

Mixed at the recommended 8% with gas, Propylene Oxide adds about $3 per gallon to the price of fuel. A lot of people pay $6 per gallon for race gas to get high octane that does nothing to increase power.

Maybe a guy with a 9.5:1 compression engine can make the same power as an 11.5:1 compression engine when needed without having to pay for high octane fuel all the time.

Or I've been running 12.05-12.10s at the track all weekend and would like to see an eleven second time slip for once.
