Runs Fine - Won't Idle - Help

!998 4.6 F-150 Auto 2wd 153,000 Miles
Starts up like always and runs fine so long as I keep it running with a little gas but let up on the pedal and it stalls out.

IAC ? MAF ?

Check for a vaccum leak either at your pcv valve elbow or possibly intake manifold, wouldnt hurt to clean the iac with some seafoam deep creep or the maf with some electrical cleaner(very gently I might add).

50th ann you may want to just pick up a new IAC because cleaning it is only a temporary fix. I bought one at the dealer, I know the guy, so I only payed $60 but they usually retail around $80.

viper 26 I can't seem to find the link but do a forum search on IAC or Idle Air Control valve and you will find what you are looking for.
