Mass Air Complete
Well great thanks to cjjeeper85.... Who supplied me with all the info and the step by step tech support.... I was able to convert my truck to mass air for arround $200. Beats an $800 conversion kit. So any of you that want to attempt this on your own,,,, cjjeeper85 made this transformation almost too simple. WWW.FORDFUELINJECTION.COM Has alot of info as well such as a numbered pin diagram. Well however cool it may be I fixed alot of problems by converting and added a new one... So Tech guys here are my delimas.. At idle I stomp on the gas and have slight hesitation before RPM climbs. That is my only new problem. And for the old that I cant seem to figure out. I have alot of oil going through my PCV into my intake. On my other valve cover there is alot of suction pressure going into the valve cover . This is what Ive done so far. Replace PCV, All new hose and gromets, Compretion test, Timing, Valve adjustment, New vaccume lines and basically 1100 miles on my new motor. OH and yes the most important bit of info... Its a 93 F 350 4x4 with A 94 351 Roller motor, windor jr heads and a 4x4 cam. Other than the heads , cam , and mass air the truck is stock.

I had a problem with one of the pins I moved. the self locking plastic clip broke and it happens to be the secondary air bypass. That wire may be loose so I will be checking it first. I dont have a dc meter so running the codes will be dificult. my meter just took a dive after I started the conversion. I still have power issues. It hesitates when i hit the gas and looses power until I start to let up on it... Dont know what that is... Im also starting to think that my piston rings didnt seat which would really set me off. I dont know maybe its time to just send it in and have a pro look at it as im getten raped!

www.fordfuelinjection.com will tell you what they mean, or you can post them here and I can look them up in my books.
