Does anybody know if it's safe to tow with the diablo tune? Webmaster?
I will be towing a 5000-5500 lb. boat quite regularly.

If not, does it come with a towing tune? Or just the one performance tune?

btw, I have an 01 f-150 with a 5.4.

 

I have an 01 SuperCrew with the DS Predator tune and have towed 3500lbs of trailer and ATV's wilthout any problems. Of course I used premium gas and didn't use overdrive. But I did run the truck up to 70MPH and also climbed a pretty steep gravel mountain road pulling the trailer. No problems. You know you can retard your timing with the Predator if you are worried about .

 

I've towed 7500lbs with mine installed. No problems, just more towing power. Lock out OD and tow away.
