U-joint, front & rear difference?

My truck is an '89 F-150 5sp 4.9L 4x4. The build date is 2-89.
Are the u-joints for front and rear the same or different?
I have 2 different ones, a 1204 and 1203, and the calipers read the same number for dimensions that I checked.

Well, thanks anyway ya'll.
I do know that the parts man has a fit when trying to look up u-joints for this truck.
It seems that in Feb. of '89 Ford made a change in this area, and guess what, my truck has a build date of 2-89.

I found out that the difference in the u-joints is the bearing caps.
The 2 caps on the rear joint, where the u-bolts go, are a little longer than the front caps. An obvious difference are the channels cut onto these caps.
