1994 ranger 4.0 wont start

I have a 1994 ford ranger. It use to be my pride and joy. Its got nine inch of lift, center link steering, 456 gears and all the goody's. 3 years ago my x-wife laid it on its side. not hard, but its bad enough. I was not around at the time so i couldn't work on it. The sick part of it the motor has only around 500 miles on it. tranny and transfer have only @5000 miles. it use to have 4 15" orion's with 3000 watts going through it, which come to find out she sold.

Here's the problem and what i have tried.

motor turns over fine. but no spark.
checked fuses, under hood. there fine
power going to coil pack, all 4 wires are hot.
replaced crank shaft sensor.
injector wires are hot

tried putting on a scanner, It wont even activate. wont turn on, unplug it and plug it into another truck works fine.

since my stereo is gone i thought it could be a ripped out wire. so took out all fuses but ones i need.
the computer has a reset with a red light, reset it and 2 min. later , tripps

any advice would help thanks larry

That is suspicious. Here is a diagram for your truck.

I know you checked the fuses, but check them again and possibly check the fuse socket and the yellow wire for voltage. It sounds like the computer is not getting power.

Look at the top right of the diagram. There is a 30 amp fuse in the fuse box with two yellow wires coming out of the bottom of the fuse box in the diagram.

One yellow wire runs directly to the computer for power.

The other yellow wire runs to the PCM relay. If the PCM relay "clicks" on, the little arrow in the diagram moves to the right and gives power to the red wires. As you can see in the diagram, the red wire powers the ignition as well as all the injectors and computer stuff.

See also if you can find this PCM relay and see if it clicks when you turn the key on. It is fed by the lightgreen/red. You said you had power to the coils, and you can see in the diagram that the coils are fed by the lightgreen/red which comes from the ignition switch. But you can also follow the lightgreen/red over to the fuse box, where it goes through a diode, and then it goes down and powers the PCM relay.
