Should the rear wheels turn when the truck is on jack stands and is in park.

I am assuming you are asking about the 97 F-150 in your profile so I am moving this question to the 97-2003 F-150 forum. And yes the tires will turn when in park and up on jackstands.

Thanks a lot. For the info. All of the front joints/arms etc was fixed a couple of weeks ago, new tires all round, this evening a fairly bad vibration started from the back. There is some play in the wheel when shaken up on stands. Anyhow I guess it's back to the shop tomorrow.
