85 BII Auto to 5 spd Switch

I just switched out an 85 A4LD for an 87 5 spd. I need some advice on hooking up the Reverse, neutral and 4WD wiring.
Also, I found the harness for the clutch in switch and hooked it up but when I try to start up theres no starter action.

I left the plug in harness for the auto transmission, thus elimating the clutch switch inside the truck. I found that I had to splice 2 wires from the top of the transmission to make it start and it always has to be in nutral to start no matter if the clutch is pressed or not. Check out my site under the 89 BII transmission swap. I swapped a a4ld to a fm146. I have a piture of what wires I had to splice to make it start. Also in the tech info on this form is a link to it.
