If he doesn't have a pair in stock that will fit, which I bet he does, he will make them for you. They are also among the very best you can get. I run them myself.

Good Luck! I have been looking on and off for about 12 years now. Nobody has them for this engine frame combination. They would have to be custom made. Let me know if you find some!

I put a 390 in a 78 1/2 ton last year. I just ordered headers for a 76 with a 390/360. They worked just fine. I also used the motor mounting perches from a 76, that could make a difference.

Jalampi, 12 years ?! Where have you been looking ? Yes, I have a bit of CRS disease, but if I am remembering rightly today, the frames of the 73-79 4wd drives are mostly the same. So why can't you use the headers intended for a 75 or 76 F250 4wd ? Some, (but not all) of the later frames have the rails spaced farther apart, should give you more room, easier fit. Did you want 4 into 1s- try hedman 89120 or superduty 89830. Did you want a set of tri-Ys, Stan's 244YL. How about shortys, Sanderson FF427s. Or fenderwells, Thorley THY-264. really now , 12 years ? I found these searching for less than 5 minutes, with a dial-up modem even. You can call and order a set from the manufacturer of your choice tomorrow AM. DF
