About 170,000 on the early 99.
Replaced:
All fluids except front axle.
Oil changes every 3500-4000
CPS at 150,000, not needed, trying to track down a problem
IPR and ICP, same thing
Injectors #8 & #6, #6 turned out to be the problem
Fuel line cracked, jumped a railroad crossing...
Front pads once, rears look like they have minimal usage.
New LUK clutch and related items, diesel leaked down block and on clutch
New U-Joints and Carrier Bearing at 170,000, they were beat.

Napa 6637 Air Filter Mod
Heater hose cutoff, vacuum actuated

2002 with 60K
added a Banks Stinger plus with Banks Big Hoss 100hp chip. Have blown the tube from the intercooler to the intake several times, replaced coupling and clamp at 55K and all seems to be OK for now. Max. boost is 28PSI
Replaced cam position sensor at 52K to solve random stalling problem (so far so good)

I got 82000 on my 96 F-350 single cab 4x4. Replaced ujoints 10000 ago along with front brake pads and rotors. Then 5000 ago the vacumn pump went and took out the powersteering pump too. Other than that just routine stuff. I got the tymar intake, straight exhaust, 3 inch down pipe, single piece clutch, and edge evolution 60,80,100 tuner. Home made front add a leaf and 33x13.50 truxus stx tires and American racing wheels. Thats all for now, untill i can afford injectors and a chip.

99 model, 120K, new alternator, batteries, and transmission all this summer within 2 weeks at 119K, expensive summer, CPS at 70K, front brakes at 40K, front and rear at 90K, both at 5mm when Transmission let go week before last.
Looks like water pump will be next based on the previous posts.
Only mod is the AIS filter.
