How many miles do you have on your powerstroke????

What have you fixed, replaced, rebuilt, or improved??

2002 with 70K miles (just broken in, hah).


rebuilt nothing, replaced nothing (as of my knowledge, i bought this knowing NO prior history), and have since added a 46637 (kwik) filter, done the CCV mod, and am getting a MBRP 4'' t-back exhaust to help her breath easier!

Smile How Long

PSD Go'in strong @ 58K - Replaced the following so far:

WaterPump @ 54K - Now have a Coolant filter - will see how long this one goes.
Shocks @ 45K
Steering Stab @ 41K
Tires @ 40K - Firestone A/T Orig
Batteries @ 41K

Other than that just routine maintenence !

59,000 miles, replaced the cam sensor at about 40,000

2000 CC Lariat LB PSD 4x4 144,000 miles-replaced alternator, water pump, CPS within the last 5000 miles, also just installed a 6" Revtek lift 37" BFG mud terrains on 17x9 extreme pro comp alloys and installed the superchips programer as well as the NAPA 6637 filter mod.

just hit 218,000

replaced cps(190,000), waterpump(about 100,000), wiring harness on driverside valve cover(185,000), glow plug relay(130,000) then minor stuff like shocks tires and batteries

93' 7.3D 98K - new fuel pump last week , still pumped, just leaked - it rusted out


Currently having GP warming cycle issues

2001 7.3 91K......replaced CPS, Tranny just recently, Tires, Batteries, , brakes a few times, ball joints....soon to be shocks, stabilzer......Upgraded to WW, and most recetly a 4" TB MBRP Alumized exhaust.

About 170,000 on the early 99.

Replaced:
All fluids except front axle.
Oil changes every 3500-4000
CPS at 150,000, not needed, trying to track down a problem
IPR and ICP, same thing
Injectors #8 & #6, #6 turned out to be the problem
Fuel line cracked, jumped a railroad crossing...
Front pads once, rears look like they have minimal usage.
New LUK clutch and related items, diesel leaked down block and on clutch
New U-Joints and Carrier Bearing at 170,000, they were beat.

Upgrades:
ITP Regulated Return System and in-tank mods
Dahl filter from Bob Riley
Napa 6637 Air Filter Mod
Heater hose cutoff, vacuum actuated
Bully Dog 4 Pos flip-chip
Guages
BFG All Terrains
Hidden Hitch in front
Home made Headache Rack
Home made canoe rack
CCV Mod tied to exhaust

2002 with 60K
added a Banks Stinger plus with Banks Big Hoss 100hp chip. Have blown the tube from the intercooler to the intake several times, replaced coupling and clamp at 55K and all seems to be OK for now. Max. boost is 28PSI
Replaced cam position sensor at 52K to solve random stalling problem (so far so good)
Usual fluid changes.

I got 82000 on my 96 F-350 single cab 4x4. Replaced ujoints 10000 ago along with front brake pads and rotors. Then 5000 ago the vacumn pump went and took out the powersteering pump too. Other than that just routine stuff. I got the tymar intake, straight exhaust, 3 inch down pipe, single piece clutch, and edge evolution 60,80,100 tuner. Home made front add a leaf and 33x13.50 truxus stx tires and American racing wheels. Thats all for now, untill i can afford injectors and a chip.

96' F250 311,000 mi.

Several water pumps, air pump, glow plugs & relay, cps (2) along with the general maintenance items like tires, batteries, & etc...

The key to the longevity of the PSD is regular routine maintenance. These things will last a long time if cared for properly!

99 model, 120K, new alternator, batteries, and transmission all this summer within 2 weeks at 119K, expensive summer, CPS at 70K, front brakes at 40K, front and rear at 90K, both at 5mm when Transmission let go week before last.

Looks like water pump will be next based on the previous posts.

Only mod is the AIS filter.

70k replaced alternator at 40k,doing bottom ball joints this weekend.Replaced front rotors and pads along with replacment calipers.Replaced shockes at 60k.

275,000.......... new clutch and alternator latley. Running as good as new!!!!
