emissions

Hey have any of you guys heard any more about the emissions testing? Is it staying or is it going? Some friends of mine swear it is going away but I haven't heard or seen it I the papers yet.

A friend of mine works for county government. He says it is supposed to go away, but I don't know when.

I'm waiting to hear one way or the other. I want to put an exhaust on my truck.

Thank God we got rid of it here in Jefferson county! What a pain in the ***! The thing I really hated was when they pressure tested the system. They had to disconnect a bunch of the vaccum hoses to do it. It was bad enough on my Bronco, but when some 18yr old idiot starts screwing around under the hood of my BMW I get really nervous! Testing new cars is just useless anyway. Why don't they just call it a tax like it is, and let people with new cars just pay the $12.00 and skip the stupid test!

Yeah, $20 here, and counties just south of the top 3 that drive through everyday to Cincinnati don't have to be checked.

the emissions test over in Cincy is a joke. I had to run a truck through that for a while. It s easier to pass than what we have.
