Guys, I don't know if it is any help but the North Carolina Ford Truck Owners is having a family get together picnic in the Burlington area on sat Oct. 01. James is a member of the group and plans to attend, if memory serves. We have a pretty active group in the Charlotte are that is driving up. Most of our membership are daily readers of FTE as well many have posted here in this section.

If this is something that can be of help to this group you are welcome to join in. You can visit our web site ncfto dot org or email to my user name at that address.

I won't be making the trip to the Auto Fair in Charlotte. Greensboro is about a 1.5 hours drive for me, not too bad. I don't expect that I could meet until October as my weekends are tied up already for September.

I don't believe I had heard of the NC Ford Truck Owners group. Where might I find information on them?
October 1st might work for me, and being in Burlington it is a bit closer as well. It makes sense to join up with this group for a meeting. We would need more information on the event.

Wish I could. I'll be in Connecticut that weekend for a fmaily wedding. Nothing like a large group of Italians, all getting together around an open bar.

Bad News, The picnic host works for a company that is now working 24/7 because of Katrina and had to cancel the date.

Starfox, send an email and I'll try to fill you in on NCFTO if you are interested, if not it's ok too.

Better news, Another member stepped up and offered to host the picnic at his house in the same area.

Maybe an on-line meeting is worth a second look......after all we have to do something to get this chapter going.

Hey guys...I can definately try for somthing on the weekend of the 29th. If it is the day of the 29th, then I only have till around 2:30 (party at the boss' house). I should have all day free on the 30th as well. Every weekend until then, and the weekend following it, are all booked up on me. Let me know if that works, or if we need to ocnsider something later.
