i have a 2003 fx4 f150 and for some reason the right front speaker only works when it wants to it may work great for a week then go off for a week some times it goes on and off every 5 min, the mechanics at the dealership said everything was connected right, anyone know if they had any probs with these?

Bad speaker perhaps? I wonder if the stereo is actually sending sound to that speaker all of the time.

 

it sounds like a bad speaker, the trick is, get a good speaker, say.. the one off the other door, and plug it in the bad ones place, if it works fine, you know it is the speaker....
