Arrow spark plug problems

Alright, i know it has been awhile since my last post, so anyone who remembers my past problems might remember me.

Ok my past problem was i thought i didnt have a cylinder firing. well it was 2, cylinder #2 and #3, hey where bouth really gummed up. but my question is now about cylinders 1,4,5, and 6. they where yellow and ashy, i beleave that means its running too lean right? if thats so, how can i adjust the fuel flow? (i'll give specs of the engine below) i have replaced fuel filters, and some of the fuel lines. All seems to flow nicely, any help will be greatly appretated. (sorry about spelling) also, dose anyone know where i can find a report sheet of the 4.9 on the dyno?

1992
4.9 300cdi
Inline 6
EFI
150k miles
K&N filter
Mostly all stock

-thanks

An ashy substance on the plugs is usually oil, but the fact that it's yellow is a little odd. There are a lot of fuel additives in use that can do strange things to plugs as well.

For a dyno sheet, do a search. I've posted several.
