Door problems

Door problems
This am, I go to get out of my truck, and the inner door handle won't pull all the way out to open the door. It feels as though it is hitting something. I can open from the outside without any issues, but the inside doesn't work. Any ideas where to start?

the door latch assy. is eather stuck or the inside door handle is broke.thats the to thing that come to mind.
