Will I be able to use a tonneau with this combo (pics included)

My SD short bed has Rhino lining, a flush mount tool chest, and Weather guard weekender ladder racks. See the pics, I want to know if I can install a Tonneau cover. I plan on the Extang RT roll up soft cover so I can access the tool box.

Will this work? Please see my gallery pics to try to explain this better.

It looks like your toolbox is higher than the bed rails, and I think the cover stores where your toolbox is located. I have a flush toolbox (Husky/Contico), and a fold-a-cover tonneau. This combo just fits, but mine is a long bed.

My Extang sits on the bed rails and is about 1 inch taller than the top of the bed rails. You'll also need to attatch the clamps so you'll need room for that too. Looks like it will be close.
