Progressive shocks

I read here or somewhere else about progressive type shocks.I did a search and cant find the info on them around here.anybody kniow anything about them?

I dont think so.It was a topic somewhere and did'nt have any links or pics to it.They were talking about how they got stiffer with more weight? and a guy put them on his wifes car but did'nt like them cause they were to ruff ridin.

Maybe someone here will remember about them
