Mustang 2 suspension on 64 f-100

I am wanting to put a mustang 2 suspension under my 64 f-100. I would like to build my own crossmember. Has anyone ever done a mustang 2 on a truck like this or have any suggestions for me.

There are several companies that make Mustang II complete kits. I think the prices are reasonable.
Fatman is the one I'm using for my '63.

I started building a MII for my 37 Plymouth P/U, after doing the math, decided that a setup from one of the aftermaket vendors was cheaper. Lowered the truck more than I liked, but it was a fun ride.

Aftermarket out of a box! The math is already done, others have done this install before you and there will be fewer surprises.

A friend of mine just used an after market kit on his 65, turned out really nice! (Plus my dad got all his disc brake swapped front suspension for his F-100!) Does put it low, which is prolly the look you are going for if you ar considering it. Also, his kit is a small ford bolt pattern. He had to swap out the rear axle halfs for, I believe, ranchero axles in his stock housing to match the bolt patterns. Came out really cool!
