Unhappy 2 Questions??

How can I get more power with my 89 302 without pulling the engine out?
I have an 89 E.B. Bronco, The 302 already has an edelbrock intake, edelbrock 650 carb, edelbrock cam, hooker Headers, running out 2 1/2 inch dual tubes.

2nd Question-- Rear power widow goes down slow and won't go back up with out help... Thanks for all comments.......

What size tires and gears are you running? If your running over 32x11.50's you should regear to a lower gear.

Best 100 bucks I spent on my truck fixed all my window problems.
As far as you 5.0,you can only get so much out it if you need more upgrade to a 351.
